Please familiarise yourself with ALL policies before booking.
-£10 extra for any appointment that starts before 9am or after 6:45pm.
-All appointments require a £15 non refundable deposit.
-If you need to rearrange your appointment, please give minimum 48 hours notice to be able to use the same deposit.
-You can only reschedule with the same deposit once.
-If you no show/ cancel on the day, you will lose your deposit and be required to pay upfront for your next appointment.
-If you’re running late, please give as much notice as possible. If you are more than 20 mins late you will lose your deposit & may lose your appointment, as i can’t guarantee I'll have enough time.
-Nail art is priced per nail. See nail art categories for descriptions of each tier.
-Please add nail art on separately to your base service. If not, I may not have time to do the design you’d like.
-All designs are done with gel polish (not normal nail polish).
-If you’d like detailed nail art, please select the correct nail art option when booking so i can allow appropriate times
-Art takes time, so if you haven't booked correctly, I may not have time for the design you want.
-Similarly, if you are on a time limit please understand you may not have time for certain designs- if you need to know a time estimation please ask, as I hate to rush.
-If you're unsure which nail art tier to select when booking please, message with your design and I can let you know which one to select.
-I won’t infill over sets I didn’t do, meaning if you have a set on from somewhere else, you’ll need to book for a soak off & new set.
-For all infills that have been longer than 5 weeks there is an extra £3 charge (or you may require a new set).
-Please book removals if you need them, otherwise I may not have time.
-Removal of sets I didn't do requires an extra £3 charge.
-Nail repairs will cost 15% of your original set price, per nail.
-Please let me know whether you have any issues with dogs, otherwise please expect to see my 2 dogs at your appointment!
